Please be patient as it may take up to 3 working days for us to prepare and ship your purchase. Some styles are printed to order. All our t-shirts are hand printed in our studio in Paris, France.

 

Shipping Costs

France - 5 Euros

Europe and UK - 12 Euros

International (United States, Canada, Switzerland, Norway)  - 29 Euros

International - 36 Euros

Free shipping on orders over 200 Euros.

 

International Delivery

Deliveries made outside of Europe may be subject to additional taxes and duties that you will need to pay on delivery. We do not accept responsibility for any delay or charges applied by customs and duty offices. Please ensure you are informed on what the charges could be on your purchase.

 

Returns

We accept returns on all full-priced items within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned unworn and in a re-saleable condition with all original labels and swing tickets attached.

Refunds exclude all shipping costs.

Sale and discounted items are not eligible for refund or exchange, please double-check your size and address details.

 

If you would like to exchange an item, please request a refund on your original order and place a new order for the exchange item when you have received confirmation of your refund.

 

To return your item(s), please email INFO@LADYCOTTON.ONLINE including the order number, the item(s) to be returned and the reason for the return. We will respond to your request and provide return instructions.

 

We are dedicated to offering advantageous shipping rates on our site, our international shipping rates are discounted compared to the actual cost of the delivery. Refunds exclude the full price of the shipping, which may be more than you paid for delivery at checkout. We will advise this amount in response to your refund request. This also applies to shipping discounts and promotions.

 

All domestic and international return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that you use a tracked service and insure the return for the full value of the goods as the customer is responsible until we sign for the receipt of the goods.

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you of receipt and the status of your refund, whether it is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed and a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Once processed a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 business days of receiving your return. Please note that your bank or financial institution may take additional time to process the refund to your account.
