Each item is printed to order in our studio in Montreuil, France. 


Processing Time

Please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be printed and prepared for shipment.

If your order is time-sensitive, please contact us at info@ladycotton.online before ordering.


Shipping Costs

  • France: €5
  • Europe: from €12
  • UK: €14
  • International: from €30

Shipping cost calculated at checkout based on destination.


Customs & Import Duties

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country, 

These charges are set by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer, unless explicitly included and charged at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


Delivery Issues & Returned Parcels

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from carrier, refused delivery or unpaid customs or import fees we will contact you to arrange a solution. Additional shipping, return, or carrier costs may apply.

Print-on-Demand

All items are printed on demand once your order is placed.

Because each item is made specifically for you, we encourage customers to carefully review their size, design, and delivery details before placing an order.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@ladycotton.online for return instructions.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with all tags and packaging attached.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you with the outcome.

If approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


Sale Items

Sale items can be returned under the same conditions unless clearly marked as final sale at checkout.


Undeliverable Orders

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address, failure to collect from carrier, refused delivery or unpaid customs or import fees we will contact you to arrange redelivery or an alternative solution.

Please note that any shipping, return, customs, or carrier fees incurred as a result may be deducted from your refund or charged before reshipment. If these costs exceed the order value, no refund may be issued.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as returns remain the customer’s responsibility until received by our warehouse.


Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return your order for a refund and place a new order.
